Studiosnellie is a separate name within Kunskapsmäklarna i Sverige AB (organization number 556407-5223). These are our general terms and conditions for use of shop.studiosnellie.com (hereinafter the "Site") and purchase of our products through the Site.

These Terms and Conditions, together with any notices or conditions elsewhere on this Site, together govern the Customer’s use of the Site. Please note that Studiosnellie may change or remove portions of the Site at any time without any liability to the Customer for such changes. Studiosnellie reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions in the future without specific notice to the Customer, and continued use of the Site or orders placed after such changes shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of and agreement to the changes.
An agreement arises between you, the customer, and us only when your order has been processed and shipped.
When you as a customer place an order through this Site, you certify by placing the order that:
- You are not a minor or for any other reason incapable of entering into a binding contract.
- The personal data you provide to us during registration is complete and accurate.
- You do not use a false name or the name of any other person or organization that you are not authorized to use.
Place an order
By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these general terms and conditions, and it is important that you read them before placing your order.
Cancelling an order and return policy
Consumers (private individuals) ordering for delivery within the EU have the right to cancel an order within 14 days. If the product has already been delivered, the right of return applies 14 days after receipt, provided that the product is not used, damaged or tampered with. No products may be returned to Studiosnellie without prior written permission from Studiosnellie.
The customer must pay the cost of return shipping. The product must be returned well packaged in the same, or equivalent, manner as when it was delivered to the customer.
Refund of the order amount will be made when Studiosnellie has received and inspected the return and will be made to the account from which the order was originally paid.
Approval of an order
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout, with information about the contents and prices of the order.
Delivery
As a buyer, you have the opportunity to choose between the delivery options offered and those that are relevant at the time.
At checkout, the customer can only choose one of the delivery methods listed there. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the selected delivery method is valid for the customer's specified address. Contact us in cases where a desired delivery option is missing.
Studiosnellie assumes no responsibility for damage during shipping, or damage caused by delays, which are beyond its control.
Responsibility
We endeavour to ensure that the information on the Site is as accurate as possible, but make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information. We also make no warranties in relation to anything relating to the use of the Site, and it is your own responsibility to keep your equipment protected from viruses or other external factors.
Your rights are protected by Swedish law, where private individuals are considered consumers. Nothing on this Site affects your rights under applicable law.
Invalidity of individual provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
