Studiosnellie, a separate name within Kunskapsmäklarna AB, corporate registration number 556407-5223, (together “we”, “us”, and “data controller”), respects your privacy. We ensure that your privacy is protected when you use shop.studiosnellie.com (hereinafter the “Site”) or place online orders with us.

Kunskapsmäklarna AB is the data controller for the personal data that you provide when you contact us or order goods from us. The data controller can be contacted using our contact page.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

Personal data that we collect

We use the Device Data we collect to help us screen for potential risks and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers use and interact with the Site and assessing the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Sharing your personal data

We share your personal data with third parties in order to use the data as described above. For example, we use SumUp to operate our online store. We may share information with contracted service providers who assist us with parts of our operations. Under our agreements, these service providers may only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us, and not for their own or any other purposes.

International data transfer

We may transfer information that we have collected about you to third parties acting on our behalf who may be located in countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or countries that the European Commission has deemed to have an adequate level of data protection. Data storage

When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Order Information for as long as is necessary to provide our services to you or as long as we are required to do so by applicable law. After this period, your personal data will be deleted.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
