Who is Studiosnellie?

Studiosnellie is run by me! My name is Nellie Bäckman Gatarski and I currently live in Stockholm. I started taking art classes in 2022. Later that same year I started studying at Nyckelviksskolan, and that's where I fell hard and fast in love with ceramics. In 2023 I was accepted to Capellagårdens ceramic education and spend the best year of my life living at the gorgeous island Öland. But due to health issues I had to move back to Stockholm and couldn't finish my education. In 2024 I started slowly getting back into it and tried to sell at my first market. Luckily, you guys started sharing your love for my work and I was able, by the help of my wonderful father, to make this dream of running this little company come true. And that's where we are now!

Everything you see is designed and handmade by me and me only. It's extremely important to me to keep my art original and authentic, so everything comes directly from my heart and I would never copy another artist. What you see is truly brings me joy, and I hope to bring that joy to you!
